Description
I developed and assigned a 107-minute long training course to over 3,200 users. This course allowed the learner to test-out of each module if they were able to score 100% on the pre-test. This pre-test functionality turned out to be very benificial as it saved the organization:
- An average of 22 minutes per user
- A combined total of 1,158 hours across the organization
Developing this course internally eliminated the need to purchase additional courses which saved our organization $40,000 per year.
