Description
I recently partnered with Andersen Windows to create a comprehensive eLearning program to educate contractors, builders, and architects on industry best practices and recommendations.
Through a thorough analysis of the target audience and learning objectives, I designed and developed over 25 interactive and engaging eLearning courses, incorporating the latest instructional design methodologies and utilizing a variety of multimedia elements to enhance the learner's experience. The courses covered various topics and were aligned with adult learning principles.
I also managed the end-to-end design and development of the eLearning program, including working with subject matter experts to gather and curate relevant content, creating instructional design and storyboards that adhered to the ADDIE model, developing the content using authoring tools, and overseeing the implementation and deployment of the courses.
Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with the client to ensure alignment with their training needs and to gather feedback to make necessary revisions, resulting in a final product that exceeded their expectations. As a result, the program has successfully increased engagement, retention, and performance among contractors and builders.
